Publisher's Descriptions
MultiComm is a freeware program which connects two computers, using a phoneline and a modem, and allows you to use any software between the two computers. (This does not require you to connect to the internet).
Since the connection is established over a phone line, only one of the persons communicating pays for the phone call (Local telephone calls are free in some countries) , and you don't even have to pay for internet access if you just want to communicate with another computer in your locality.
